I’m Konstantinos — a hybrid athlete and personal trainer specialising in outdoor training. My focus lies in calisthenics, HIIT, and strength-endurance training. My all year outdoor training style builds more than muscle — it forges resilience, immune strength, and bodies tough enough to thrive year-round in the great outdoors.

Guided by the ascetic mindset of Orthodox Christianity and the raw beauty of nature, my philosophy is simple: fitness isn’t about image. It’s about becoming solid as rock — strong in body, mind, and spirit — and growing closer to God through every workout. True fitness is holistic and it calls us to become the person God intended us to be: durable, humble, and ready to carry our daily cross.
